We have just sent you an email confirmation and login information to our client portal. We will also contact you to confirm your information and schedule a start date!
Onboarding:
When we contact you to schedule the start date we will also go over what to expect when we service your yard.
Payment Details:
- You have enrolled in our subscription payment option.
- By far, the easiest way to pay for services.
- Your card will be charged after the completion of the initial cleanup.
- You will be charged at the first of every month for the entire month of service.
- If you signed up in the middle of the month, you will also be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month after your initial clean.
Client Portal
- Text notifications must be on to ensure you are notified when we are on our way and scooping is completed.
- You can create profiles for your dogs. If your dog is unsafe please make note of that in the profile.
- You can access the Terms of Service at any time in your client portal.
If at any time, you have questions about your service or would like to change your card information or cancel monthly service, please contact us via client portal, email or phone.
